1. Service Description

Decent Network LLC provides subscription-based communication and productivity software delivered through web, desktop, and mobile interfaces. We focus on a decentralized network layer that enables permissionless, peer-to-peer interactions secured by public-key identities.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize Decent Network LLC (and our payment partners such as Stripe) to store payment credentials and process recurring charges until you cancel. All pricing information is published on our website and may change with notice.

3. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except for duplicate charges or verified technical errors that prevent you from using the service. Additional details are available in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other users. Activities such as reverse engineering, reselling without permission, or transmitting malicious code are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, content, trademarks, and documentation are the property of Decent Network LLC or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decent Network LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the preceding twelve (12) months.
